The DEIS document in it's original format was comprised of a of combination of 57 total pdf files. For ease of accessability, we have grouped all files into this one 990 page document. The page numbers in the right column of the table of contents refer to the page number in the pdf file (not the page numbers on the document pages.)

To obtain a CD of the Shizen DEIS go to Southold Town Hall and request a copy. You will need to fill-out an application for Access to Records form.
